What are the registration requirements?
Participants are required to complete the Registration Form and submit the corresponding registration fee within the applicable deadlines.
Who can attend iCALS 2027?
The Congress is open to everyone; however, it is primarily intended for lymphatic surgeons, microsurgery specialists, plastic surgeons, vascular surgeons, lymphologists, angiologists, physiotherapists, researchers, and healthcare professionals working in the field of lymphatic disorders.
Is virtual attendance available?
No. iCALS 2027 will be held exclusively as an in-person event.
What are the official languages of the Congress?
The official languages of the Congress are English and Italian.
How can I apply for a visa to attend the Congress?
The Congress Secretariat does not process visa applications or liaise with the relevant authorities on behalf of participants. However, to facilitate the visa application process, we can provide an official Letter of Invitation, which may be used in support of your visa application.

I have purchased a Special Participation Fee including the three-day Tour and Activities package. What happens if the minimum number of 20 participants is not reached?
If the minimum number of 20 participants required for the Tour is not reached, the portion of the registration fee corresponding to the Tour package will be fully refunded.
If I reside outside Italy, can I request VAT exemption?
No. As the Congress takes place in Italy, all registration fees and related services are subject to Italian VAT, regardless of the participant’s country of residence.
